About
302 is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath renovated condo, perfect for a family getaway. Central A / C and double-pane glass keeps the condo cool and quiet. One bedroom has a king bed another has twin beds. The living room sectional converts into two twin beds, and is more comfortable than a sofa sleeper. One bath has a tub / shower combo, the other a walk in shower. The kitchen has birch cabinets and Corian® counter tops. There are partial ocean views from the living room and master bedroom.
At this beachfront property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.
Nani Kai Hale is a beloved location among first time visitors and repeat guests. There is a shared oceanfront pool next to the grassy lawn space. This area also has an outdoor BBQ/kitchen common area and this space is well equipped with comfortable lounge space for guests to enjoy. On each floor of the property, is a pay-to-use laundry room each with two washers and two dryers.
For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout.

We found the unit well equipped and overall a comfortable stay. The supplies provided us were sufficient for our stay. The TV system needs better instructions-hard to navigate all the various parameters available. There's a knob on the front door, which if turned, will allow the door to be opened from the outside. Renters need to be warned about this.

Groundskeeper super friendly and very helpful. Bed was very comfy, air conditioner excellent. Beach was amazing, close and quiet. Great beach towels and laundry close by worked very well.

We rented two u it’s and during our stay was construction. People jumping and running around above one of our two units and the units were so basic we didn’t get any extra towels, toliet paper or cleaning for an 11 day stay .

We are very clear in our rental agreement, which you read and acknowledged, that we do not provide mid-stay cleaning and only provide an initial supply of paper products (which is an industry standard). Also, without hearing about the upstairs neighbor noise until the end of your visit made it impossible for us to ask the AOAO Manager to talk to the noisy guest. We find communication from our guests when they encounter issues is very important, and we are sorry the opportunity to offer solutions was missed.

Our vacation rental was perfect for 3 of us! We each had our own bed. The apartment was quiet. It had everything we needed. Love that the location was right on the beach. The grassy area out back where you could lounge and watch the ocean was amazing. Parking was easy and plentiful. Location was perfect for easy access all over the island. The place had everything we needed, including some beach chairs!

The condo was very clean, especially since the area just flooded from a huge storm. The condo accommodating all of our needs plus it was right on the beach. Every morning we would stroll on the beach before everyone else was up.
The condo had 4 beach chairs and coolers for our days at the beach.Only thing we had to rent was umbrellas to give us some shade. We noticed the condo complex is more catered to retired snow birds living there, so we got some side eye looks when we took our 5 yr old grandson to the pool, but he's very respectful so we had no issues.
I gave the safety of the place a 3 just because while we where there some people got robbed and their car stolen but we felt safe and had no clue this went on til we ran into the people and asked us if we seen their car.
If your on a tight budget and don't want to spend alot of money hotel accommodations this is well worth it.

Good value & great location on Kihei’s Sugar Beach; unit has aged & does not appear as depicted in ads; master bedroom has the 2 twins & it’s own bath; the guest bedroom has the king size bed, no TV & is quite a distance from its hall bath; no window shading in guest bedroom & in the living room for any late sleeping so not really meant for more than 4 persons; well-equipped but some small appliances not in working order; overall a good value but unit would benefit from some tlc!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Close to almost all the attractions, a lot of space for everybody and my kids specially mentioned that they slept good and comfortable in their twin beds. The kitchen is very useful but we don’t have time to cook just the basic like fridge, microwave, toaster and some silvers. All in all great experience. Nice place, great location, close to stores and airport. Have stayed in different units over the last 4 years. Very accommodating and the grounds are very well maintained. Right on the Ocean, with a great barbecue area, with lawn and pool. The couches are showing their age, but the beds were new. Love having 2 bathrooms.
