Nani Kai Hale # 304

This condo was very well equipped with anything we needed. There were some maintenance issues and Bello Realty responded quickly to get them fixed up. We have been to Nani Kai Hale 4/5 times over the years and we always find the location is ideal, great views of the ocean, and wonderful sun sets.

We occupied this unit for 10 days in October 2024. It's in the right spot for north-south or and east-west travel. Enjoy no traffic and a great view of the ocean from your lanai! We interacted with the property management company for a minor inconvenience - a friendly associate showed up in person and took care of it without issue. This condo is fully stocked with everything from cookware to beach accessories. Our stay very a pleasant experience and surely won't be our last.

Always a nice stay at Sugar beach

This one-bedroom condo fit our needs perfectly for our 40th Wedding anniversary getaway. It was tidy and comfortable and conveniently located. Loved beginning and ending the day at the beach right outside the lovely courtyard. The management company was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

This is our third time at the property. As always we had a beautiful trip. Condo is clean, comfortable and supplied with everything you need. The pool, bbq area and lounge chairs and oversized umbrellas are amazing. The property is maintained and beautiful. The location is perfect.

The room was well stocked with supplies, although the rooms felt over crowed with beach chair and "stuff" stuffed everywhere including under the bed.
Upon arrival- The towels and bedding were musty and stinky, I had to wash a few loads so we had fresh items, and threw a lot right into the laundry basket for housekeeping.

This is the 2nd review we sent. The condo is well decorated and maintained but lacks a clear view of the ocean. Access to the beautiful beach was excellent.

Arranging for rental of this unit was cumbersome and we PAID THE BREAKAGE TWICE with no apparent resolution. Based on these limitations we would Not recommend renting this unit.

The picture shown needs to be updated as the furniture is totally different. There is an easy boy couch and chair and a big wood table which made it very cramped. While nice it was way too Big for the small area. All the drawers were filled with games and toys, so it was not suitable for 4 of us.
Also the closet was too full to hang clothes up. It needs to be cleaned out and made available for renters to use. It was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. It is a great location, but comfortable wise it’s just too small for 4 people.

What a beautiful property. We have stayed here in the past, but first time renting from Bello Realty. What a gorgeous condo #304. Not only was the furniture nice and comfortable, but all of the decor made you feel like you were at home. Fully stocked, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach bag. The grill area and lounge chairs with oversized umbrellas are always a plus for my husband and of course the beach is only steps away from pool. A big plus the step down going to beach was fantastic no sand bags anymore ground is level with sand. Big improvement from our last visit in March. So excited to return in December. Thank you for making this visit incredible.

This location was not our first choice this trip, but we lucked into it and it certainly will be next time. Everything on the website description was accurate - great location, well maintained, etc. This place felt like a home and had everything we needed. We stayed at another place in Lahaina for a couple days after this one, which was on the surface more trendy/good looking in pictures, but that one turned out to be bad construction and was lacking a lot of necessary items. This Nani Kai Hale place had beach chairs, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and everything we could have wanted. My literal only complaint was the bed was a little old. It was relatively affordable too. Would definitely book again!

The stay in Kihei was absolutely lovely. We had zero issues at all. Being so close to the beach was amazing, and being able to open doors/windows to hear and see the water made the place even more special. Parking was so easy and hassle free, and the area was pretty quiet. We will definitely look to stay here the next time we come back!

Beautiful condo, so conveniently located and stocked with everything a family needs for the perfect stay! Clean, bright and super cozy home like feel. Second stay this time around, we will be back!

We had a great vacation. The condo was right on the ocean beach. It was very clean and has all all the kitchen amenities for cooking and eating. I would stay in this condo again.

Property was very nice, ocean front property. Was nice to only walk a few steps from the condo to the water. The furnishings were very nice, the kitchen fully equipped with everything a person would need. Beach chairs and equipment was nice to have.

Aug 23 - 28th 2022 In celebration of our 10-year wedding anniversary & vow renewal (Aug 25th) at Makena Cove, Nani Kai Hale #304 was an amazing property that my wife and I were able to acquire. Great location in north Kihei, only steps to the property pool & Sugar Beach. The property was clean, quiet & had a great comfy feel to it. Neighbors were friendly. Nani Kai Hale had all the amenities that was provided including beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and boogie board. Just minutes' drive to local shopping, restaurants, other beaches and to the airport. Property management was quick to respond to all our questions. My wife and I highly recommend Nani Kai Hale #304 via Bello Realty Inc through VRBO. We would definitely love to stay there again on a future trip.

The condo was great! Any thing we needed was there. Other than the batteries in the remote needing to be replaced Everything was perfect! Wonderful Beach! Only thing that would have made it better would have being there in whale season. They are amazing!
There are many great restaurants in the area.

Excellent service from Bella Rental including the option to extend our check-out time.

Members of our family have been coming here for 20+ years, it's the best value and nicest atmosphere in the area. However due to erosion, the beach access is very difficult and dangerous for older persons (such as myself). 3 years ago it was difficult and still is. The steps that have been improvised are slippery particularly when the shower has been used and there is no handrail to steady the climber. As a result I may have to find alternative accommodation in future.

The condo was perfect. Spotless. And with everything you need. The furniture is comfortable including the bed. All are relatively new. The kitchen
has all the dishes, utensils you’ll need. Plenty of towels. Would stay here again for sure. Property manager was helpful, friendly and on-site every day. Beach walks for miles. Spotted whales every day. Other guests friendly and quiet. Was simply great.

304 was a perfect unit! Have stayed at many condos at Nani Kai Hale and thisvs the one we will be booking again. Well designed and completely furnished and outfitted with anything you could need. Most comfortable hide a bed ever! Hello Realty was an excellent companyvto deal with. They even checked on us personally after the storm and flooding.
