Nani Kai Hale is a six story building positioned directly on beautiful Sugar Beach in Maui. Our south-central location is perfect for guests who want to conveniently explore all of Maui. All vacation condos are beach front or ocean view, fully equipped one or two bedroom units, all with two full baths.
